Following the purchase of Land Registry data since 1st January 2004 we are preparing reports to summarise and detail every property sale by year and local authority. Completed reports for every local authority in the region are now available for 2004, 2005 and 2006 in pdf format. Summary data for 2007, 2008 and 2009 is available in pdf format whilst the detailed sales data is avilable in Excel spreadsheets that include filters to enable you to drill down as you wish. 2009 data is for sales registered to the end of February. See individual local authority Maps and Reports pages for details. We have now started to prepare pdf time series reports and graphs for each Local Authority and are adding these as they are completed.

Summary reports for each county and the region for all years from 2004 are available are also available. These include lower quartile values as well as averages. Lower quartile values will be included in local authority 2009 reports when they are next updated. 29thApril 2009

Lookup tables in Microsoft Excel format are now available for the East Midlands and the counties. The tables contain the Middle Super Output Area, Ward, Lower Super Output Area and Census Output Area names and codes. The county level tables also contain Postcodes.
