StreetValue
Street value is a unique postcode level house price model. It is available for profiling, data tagging and direct mail list selection. The only property pricing model to be based on real information from lenders, StreetValue provides the users with the average house value; the number of properties; the predominant type of property, and the number of rented and owner occupied properties for each postcode.
Ocean
Ocean is a vast and powerful database containing 40 million names and addresses, actual and modelled lifestyle data, consumer classifications, email addresses and phone numbers. CACI has integrated some of the best market data to build Ocean, taking over 100 million records to create the most up to date, name and address file. Added to this are millions of actual lifestyle records and strong predictive models, making Ocean the ideal tool to drive profitable customer acquisition, management and retention. Ocean contains over 400 lifestyle selections such as age, income, financial holdings, media readership and lifestyle interests, as well as our suite of consumer classifications including ACORN and PeopleUK.
