The number and value of house sales by:
- house type - detached, semi-detached, terraced or flat
- whether second-hand or new (new build or new through conversion)
- whether freehold or leasehold
Land Registry data is regularly updated. Because there is no time limit placed on registration following a sale, the number and value of sales in the most recent 3 or 4 months may be slightly understated. Late registrations will be included once they are registered but this may mean that data for the most recent six months is subject to change.
