Land Registry house sales
Land Registry data for house sales in the East Midlands since 1st January 2004 by dwelling type and value.
Warm Front Grants
Warm Front Grants in the East Midlands from 2005-06 resulting in increased energy efficiency and addressing a lack of thermal comfort for vulnerable households
Experian Data
A wide range of data - mostly modelled - from Experian’s UK Consumer Dynamics Database and other sources. The UKCD Database “is the most accurate and detailed” view of adults aged 18 and over and utilises the Experian National Canvasse including consumer survey respondents, Public Registers and Electoral Roll data. Other sources of modelled or actual data include the Experian Lifestyle database, MORI’s Financial Tracking Survey, County Court judgements, Land Registry, Government population projections, NOMIS labour market statistics and the Data Archive.
Homes made decent
The number of homes occupied by vulnerable households that were made decent by local authority assitance.
House Condition Surveys using HHSRS
The results of private sector stock condition surveys carried since 2007 using HHSRS rather than the 'Fitness Standard'.
SHMA Secondary Database and Housing Markets
East Midlands housing market reports including SHMA housing needs assessments, quarterly reports and house price indices
DWP - benefit claimants
Data from the DWP Information Directorate detailing the numbers of claimants of Income Support, Pension Credit, Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance
Housing Strategy Statistical Appendices
Housing data collected annually from all local authorities including statistics on empty properties, council houses, improvements, decent homes, housing register, grants and grant expenditure and energy efficiency
Valuation Office Agency property data
Valuation Office Agency property data including house type, age, No of rooms, no of bedrooms and floor area
Disabled Facilities Grants
The number of Disablied Facilities Grants carried out by Local Authorities.
Hometrack Housing Intelligence housing market indicators
Hometrack's Real Demand housing market indicators: House price to incomes ratio - affordability. Overall average current price. Overall price change last year. Average time to sell in weeks.
House Condition Surveys since 2003
The results of private sector stock condition surveys carried since 2003.
BRE Stock Model
This provides estimates of private sector housing conditions based on the English House Condition Survey and data from the 2001 Census and other small area data sources.
Hard to heat homes
Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes data projecting the numbers and proportions of homes that have solid walls or have no access to gas mains - hard to heat homes.

The number of dwellings by Council Tax band Data is from the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) and Valuation Office Agency (VOA)
