A wide range of data - mostly modelled - from Experian’s UK Consumer Dynamics Database and other sources. The UKCD Database “is the most accurate and detailed” view of adults aged 18 and over and utilises the Experian National Canvasse including consumer survey respondents, Public Registers and Electoral Roll data.
Other sources of modelled or actual data include the Experian Lifestyle database, MORI’s Financial Tracking Survey, County Court judgements, Land Registry, Government population projections, NOMIS labour market statistics and the Data Archive.
The datasets are:

Households - numbers, number of adults and length of residency

Financial - amount of liquid assets and outstanding mortgage and levels of financial stress

Property - house type, tenure and value, average and total values and numbers who cannot afford to buy a 50% share by property type

Income - household income

Population - annual projections to 2027

Unemployment - numbers unemployed and duration of unemployment

Facilities - the numbers of a range of facilities located in a geographical area. Facilities include health, financial, government, information and leisure.
