The number of homes occupied by vulnerable households that were made decent by local authority assistance.
The data has been supplied at postcode level and aggregated to census output area and upwards. Because of either errors in the data or recent changes in postcodes not all cases have been matched to a census output area. The percentage of cases that have been matched exceeds 97% in each year.
There are a number of cases where postcodes cross census output area boundaries. In these cases the data has been allocated to the census output area containing the centroid of the postcode.
