Land Registry house sales
Land Registry data for house sales in the East Midlands since 1st January 2004 by dwelling type and value.
CACI Data 2009
CACI's datasets including Community Insights, PayCheck, Street Value, Acorn, 2009 Population Projections, JSA claimants and a selection of Ocean variables. The data covers the East Midlands from census output area to local authority levels.
Experian Data
A wide range of data - mostly modelled - from Experian’s UK Consumer Dynamics Database and other sources. The UKCD Database “is the most accurate and detailed” view of adults aged 18 and over and utilises the Experian National Canvasse including consumer survey respondents, Public Registers and Electoral Roll data. Other sources of modelled or actual data include the Experian Lifestyle database, MORI’s Financial Tracking Survey, County Court judgements, Land Registry, Government population projections, NOMIS labour market statistics and the Data Archive.
