Reports, charts and maps added so far include data from these sources:

  • Land Registry data - Sales data spreadsheets and InSite Locator Reports for each LA have been updated until May 2010 (14th June 2010).
  • Warm Front data - Warm Front dashboard Reports for May and June 2010 have been added to website.  (12th July 2010)
  • Land Registry data - Sales data spreadsheets have been updated for each LA upto April 2010 (29th June 2010).
  • House Condition Survey - Maps for Lincolnshire county and its districts containing 2009 survey results by ward and COA have been published online. In addition maps for Amber Valley, Harborough, Hinckley and Bosworth and Melton by ward and COA have been published online. (18th May 2010).
  • Land Registry data - Sales data spreadsheets and new pdf format reports have been updated for each LA, County and HMA upto 28th February 2010 (22nd April 2010).
  • Land Registry data - Sales data spreadsheets and pdf reports have been updated to include all sales to 31st October 2009. (5 February 2010).
  • Communities and Local Government (CLG) - Have included an additional link that explains government policy for strengthening the private rented sector. (23 December 2009).
  • East Midlands Public Health Observatory (EMPHO) - The EMPHO link has had additional weblinks attached directing the user to a number of reports, data and maps highlighting the association between housing and health. (22 December 2009). 
  • Land Registry data - Summary reports for the region, each county, LA and SHMA areas have been added showing sales totals and average prices. The data has also been presented in the form of graphs to help illustrate the detailed analysis. (7 December 2009).
  • Land Registry data - Sales data spreadsheets and pdf reports have been updated to include all sales to 30 September 2009. (2 December 2009).
  • CACI local authority data 2009 - Acorn area classification, Community Insights, Street Value, PayCheck, 2009 Population Projections, JSA claimants profile and Ocean variables profiles for each local authority have been added. Ward profiles from these datasets will be produced and added to the web site in the coming weeks. (2 November 2009).
  • Experian Population Projections - data reports of projections for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2017, 2022 and 2027 at Local Authority and ward levels have been added.  (14 October 2009)
  • Warm Front data - reports have been added detailing the number of Warm Front Grants by ward per year from 2005-06 for each Local Authority and County. Local Authority level data is summarised for the region (4 October 2009)
  • Land Registry ward data - sales totals and average price by house type, leasehold or freehold and new or resale for each county and LA have been added(2 October 2009)
  • Experian data - data reports detailing house type, household composition, tenure, outstanding mortgage levels and levels of financial stress by ward have been added for each Local Authority and County (1st October 2009)
  • Homes made decent - data reports detailing annual numbers of homes occupied by vulnerable households made decent by Local Authorities at census output area, lower super output area and ward level for each Local Authority have been added (21 September 2009)
  • DWP Benefit claimants - data reports detailing quarterly figures at ward level since February 2006 and figures at lower super output and ward level for February 2009 have been added for every Local Authority. (16 September 2009)
  • Land Registry ward data - sales totals and average price reports for each county and LA have been added (10 September) 
  • House Conditon Survey - Maps and reports for Chesterfield (2007), North West Leicestershire (2008) and South Derbyshire (2009) surveys have been added (10 September 2009) 
  • East Midlands Quarterly Housing Market Report including data to 30 June 2009 (20 August 2009)
  • Land Registry data - reports added for the region, counties all LAs for each year from 2004-.Sales data spreadsheets have been updated to include all sales to 31 May 2009. (13 July 2009)
  • Housing Market reports - the full version of the Affordable Housing Needs Model devised by Fordham Research as well as a summary by Strategic Housing market Area have been added. An explanation of the methodology using secondary data as per CLG guidelines is also included. as well as reports that give a snapshot of housing market conditions in the East Midlands from a variety of sources. These will be updated quarterly. (8 June 2009)  .
  • Department of Work and Pensions benefits data - regional maps by local authority for February 2008 are now available along with a set of maps tracking the change in numbers since November 2007. (28 August 2008)
  • Housing Strategy Statistical Appendices. Housing data collected annually from all local authorities including statistics on empty properties, council houses, improvements, decent homes, housing register, grants and grant expenditure and energy efficiency. Some of the 2006-07 data has now been mapped and is available under East Midalnds Maps and Reports (1 August 2008).  
  • Department of Work and Pensions benefits data - regional maps by local authority  for May, August and November 2007 are now available along with a set of maps tracking the change in numbers between May 2007 and November 2007. The numbers of single parent benefit claimants in each category has now been added to the dataset. (29 July 2008)
  • Valuation Office Agency - actual data from VOA of dwelling type, age, size and number of rooms/bedrooms for the region by local authority
  • Experian data - Data and maps are now available for the region by local authority
  • CACI Community InSights - Data and maps are now available for the region by local authority
  • Disabled Facilities Grants. Data supplied by 28 local authorities as part of the research into demand for DFGs has been mapped and is available. Late additions to the data mean that county and regional maps are not displaying all the data that has been supplied.
  • Warm Front Grants. Actual Warm Front grant data supplied by local authorities for 2005-06 and 2007-08. To date this has been mapped at regional level only.
  • Local Authority Disabled Facilities Grants. Actual data from around half the region's local authorities giving the numbers of Disabled Facilities Grants in 2005-06. This is contributing to the review of demand for adaptations being carried out by Foundations.
  • Local Authority decent homes activity. Actual data from local authorities giving the number of homes made decent to update the Hi4em survey model
  • Building Research Establishment Stock Model. This is a model derived from the 2001 census and the 2001 results of the English House Condition Survey that uses house types and ages, location, and occupier patterns to assess the likely condition of properties
  • Hi4em survey model. This takes the data from local authority house condition survey carried out since 2001 and distributes the results for the authority, or any sub-area reported on, using the BRE distribution patterns.
  • Department of Work and Pensions benefits data - February 2006 and 2007. Actual data from the DWP Information Directorate for February 2006  and February 2007 has been published. This gives the number of claimants of a range of income and disability related benefits and is the basis for identifying high concentrations of 'vulnerable households'.
  • Index of Multiple Deprivation. As well as the full index for the East Midlands maps have been published contrasting the most and least deprived areas. .
  • Hard to heat homes. Data from the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes projecting the numbers of households without access to mains gas and dwellings built of a solid wall construction, without cavities. This data has been mapped for all counties by ward and lower super output area and all local authorities by ward, lower super output area and census output area.
